Valentine’s Day

Looking to impress this Valentine’s? A hearty meal across the table from your significant other has to be one of the best ways to celebrate love and enjoy chef Anthony Demetre’s distinctive modern European dishes. Providing a unique spot for a Valentine’s Day tête-à-tête, join us for dinner on Monday, 14 February, and choose either a three-course or four-course Valentine’s menu. Guaranteed to earn some serious Brownie points, the menu features crispy chicken, hand-cut macaroni with black winter truffles; fallow venison with slow-cooked celeriac; and a heavenly warm chocolate soup with toasted rice ice cream.

The regular A la carte and eight-course tasting menu will also be available for guests wishing to dine at the weekend.

Fallow venison, slow cooked celeriac with walnut and cocoa, kumquat marmalade, grand veneur sauce


Isle of Gigha halibut, grey shrimps, parsley and lemon ‘Dieppoise’, leeks, Charlotte potatoes
